  •  Helped deliver a municipal bus monitoring system that interfaced with a variety of peripherals such as head signs, passenger counters, GPS, dead-reckoning and communications radios

  • Helped design and develop a full suite of engineering and management tools, including a development IDE, for interacting with, creating control logic for and collecting data from disparate machine tools and sensors.
  • Developed a web-based plant floor monitoring system running on Windows CE to collect CIP messages from manufacturing cells then aggregate and generate reports for plant-floor alarms
  • Developed MTConnect Virtual Agents and Adapters for various machine tools including Okuma, Mitsubishi and FANUC

 Time and Attendance
  • Architected and implemented a complete next-generation touchscreen-driven time and attendance appliance that tracks employees, schedules, hours, tips, notifications, lock-outs etc.

 Test and Measurement
  • Implemented a web-based administration interface for a materials testing handheld.  The pages are served directly from the handheld and provide file uploads/downloads, graphics, role-based security and full device administration capabilities.

  • Helped troubleshoot and improve the handheld application that train conductors use to check passenger tickets, sell new tickets, look up route schedules, etc.

  • Developed an intelligent control system to efficiently control boiler operation for a large, multi-unit apartment complex based on remote temperature sensing and local heating ordinances.
