The Smart Device Framework versions 1.4 and earlier are our older, and unsupported versions of our flagship product, the SMart Device Framework.  Early versions are no longer supported, but the downloads remain available for legacy porting and reference.

If you use one of these versions, remember that they are several years old and many, many features have been added and fixed applied so you're very likely to be working with some known-broken code. Also note that some installers may require that Visual Studio 2003 be installed on your PC.
